Can I pick up my order?
You are more than welcome to do a click and collect. Choose pick up order at the checkout and we will send you an email to organise pick up from our property in Caboolture.
How will my plants be delivered?
Live plants will be delivered by Australia post express service. Orders for live plants will be sent Monday to Thursday. Any orders placed after Thursday will be sent the following Monday. Everything else on our website including propagation stations, planters and pun pots will be shipped daily between Monday to Friday.
How long does my order take to arrive?
Delivery normally takes between 1-4 days. Please provide all details including name, address and email address to ensure correct delivery. As we are delivering live plants time is of the essence. Please be very careful entering your shipping details as they need to be correct. We take no responsibility for incorrect shipping details entered into our website. If your package is taken to your local collection point please collect it as soon as possible. We pack our plants very carefully however the less time plants spend in the box the better. Email provided will be sent tracking information from Australia post.
Where do we ship?
Our plants can be delivered across Australia including QLD, NSW, SA, ACT & VIC we cannot deliver to NT, WA & TAS due to quarantine restrictions. Everything else can be shipped Australia wide.
How we package?
Our plants are packaged in recycled packaging where possible as sustainability is very important to us. Before any of our plants leave they are quality checked as we only send our best plants, we then carefully package them. Paper towel is taped around the pot covering the soil then we tape the pot to the box. We use biodegradable bubble wrap and or newspaper to fill out the box and protect the plants leaves. Any fragile items like our propagation stations and ceramic pots will all be packaged in biodegradable bubble wrap we also use hero compostable mailers where possible. Do we deliver our Kokedama:
Our kokedama are currently available for pick up only or send us a message to organise local delivery.
We do not accept returns for change of mind if you have any questions we are more than happy to help prior to purchase. All of our plants are sourced from local growers supporting other small family run businesses. (this is also super important to us) Every plant is quality checked prior to leaving our greenhouse, as we only send the best indoor plants out.
While we try to provide as many photos and information as possible plants are living things and vary from plant to plant. Crystal air plants are also unique so may vary slightly from the photos.
My parcel arrived damaged:
If your parcel arrives damaged please photograph the box before opening. Carefully open the box then photograph the inside of the box we hope the plant inside is still perfect however if it is not please contact us within 24hours with photos mentioned above and we can organise a refund or replacement. We try to limit the shock for a plant in transit however some of them may look a little sad after being in a dark box. If your plant is looking a little droopy give them a drink and some indirect light and they should be happy within a few hours.
